§ 155.125 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LOTS AND FUTURE DIVISIONS.
   (A)    The number of lots proposed for a CSO, and approved by the Land Use Authority, may not be more than the maximum number of lots allowed by the zoning district in which the property is located. (To calculate the maximum number of lots allowed, the total number of acres of the subject property shall be divided by the minimum lot size required by the zoning district in which the property is located, rounded to the nearest and lowest whole number.) Example:
Total subject property = 5.9 acres located in an RR-1 Zoning District
(requiring a minimum lot size of one acre)
5.9 Acres/1 unit per acre = 5.0 Total Lots possible
   (B)   As provided by this chapter, property subdivided under these provisions shall be accompanied by a note on the lot and parcel number and on the final subdivision plat that the resulting lots, including any portion of the original property parcel, may not be further subdivided without the approval and recordation of a new final plat or an amended final plat with the effect of modifying the existing final plat. All other standards and requirements provided by this chapter shall apply and shall be in full force and effect, including the requirements of §§ 155.140 through 155.145 of this chapter.
