§ 155.140 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

   In addition to the standards and requirements of this chapter, all applications shall comply with the following, at a minimum:

   (A)   Sections 155.260 through 155.275 of this chapter, Public Work Standards for Development, Design and Construction, as adopted by the city;

   (B)   All design and construction standards, as applicable, for the provision of any improvements or services to be dedicated or maintained by any public or quasi-public agency; and

   (C)   Improvement completion assurance and improvement completion warranty standards and requirements as provided by §§ 155.141 and 155.143 of this chapter.
