§ 155.083 SUBDIVISION LANDSCAPING AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS.
   Before an applicant conducts any site preparation work on the subject property, the applicant shall have complied with the requirements of §§ 155.140 through 155.145 of this chapter.
   (A)   Final subdivision plat approval. The Land Use Authority, as applicable, has approved the final plat.
   (B)   Final subdivision improvement plans approvals. All required final subdivision improvement plans shall have been approved by the City Engineer, as demonstrated by the dated signature of the City Engineer.
   (C)   Preconstruction meeting. Meet with the City Engineer, Department Director, or designee, and with authorized representatives of all other city departments, as determined necessary and private utility and service providers, as applicable, in a preconstruction meeting.
   (D)   Landscaping and improvements completion. The applicant shall:
      (1)   Complete all required and proposed landscaping and improvements as required by final subdivision approval and the approved construction plans; or
      (2)   Post required improvement completion assurance and warranty agreements, as required by §§ 155.140 through 155.145 of this chapter.
