(A) The Council shall be the Land Use Authority for multifamily, cluster, planned unit development, commercial, or industrial final plat applications.
(B) The DRT shall be the Administrative Land Use Authority for all single-family dwellings, two-family dwellings, or townhomes final subdivision plat applications.
(C) The Director, or designee, shall be the Administrative Land Use Authority for no-dedication, combined preliminary/final subdivision plat applications for subdivisions of five or fewer lots and no more than ten dwelling units.
