§ 155.071 FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT APPLICATIONS; PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT APPROVAL REQUIRED.
   (A)   As a condition precedent to the presentation of a final subdivision plat application, a preliminary subdivision plat application for the subject property, with or without conditions, shall have been approved by the Land Use Authority, as applicable (see § 155.047(A)).
   (B)   A no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots and no more than ten dwelling units is subject to a single, combined preliminary/final plat application process, as provided in §§ 155.095 through 155.105.
   (C)   Any correspondence from a municipal agency, employee, or officer other than an official report from the DRT with an applicant may not be deemed the municipality's response to the application for purposes of determining review cycles.
