§ 155.071 FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT APPLICATIONS; PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT APPROVAL REQUIRED.

   (A)   As a condition precedent to the presentation of a final subdivision plat application, a preliminary subdivision plat application for the subject property, with or without requirements, shall have been approved by the Land Use Authority, as applicable (see § 155.047(A) of this chapter).

   (B)   A no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots is subject to a single, combined preliminary/final plat application process, as provided in §§ 155.095 through 155.105 of this chapter.

   (C)   A concept plan application is not required.
