§ 72.011 MOTOR VEHICLE LEFT UNATTENDED; BRAKES TO BE SET AND ENGINE STOPPED.
   No driver or person in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to stand attended without first stopping the engine, locking the ignition and removing the key, or when such motor vehicle is standing upon any perceptible grade without effectively setting the brakes thereon and turning the front wheels to the curb or side of the street.
