(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to leave or cause to be left upon the public streets of the city, any disable vehicle for a period longer than 48 hours.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to dismantle, or cause to be dismantled, any disabled vehicle upon the public streets of the city. The Chief of Police or any police officer is hereby empowered to remove, or cause to be removed from the streets of the city, at the expense of the owner thereof any disabled vehicle found left upon the public streets of the city contrary to the provisions of this chapter.
