§ 131.05 DISTURBING THE PEACE.

It shall be unlawful for any person intentionally to disturb the peace and quiet of any person, family, or neighborhood. Intentional noise after 10:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. shall be considered violation of city quiet hours and be prosecutable under this section.
