§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Section 90.25. Any owner of the animal shall be subject to the following fines for the animal to be found “running at large.” For the first offense, a fine of $35, plus court costs. For a second offense, occurring within a two-year period, a fine of $70, plus court costs. For a third and all subsequent offenses, occurring within a two-year period, a fine of $140, plus court costs. In addition, if the animal must be impounded, owner shall be responsible for all charges incurred from impound facility. This division (B) shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form according to law.

   (C)   Section 90.26. For any dog owner in violation of § 90.26, a fine of $25, plus all applicable court costs, shall be imposed for each seven-day period in violation of § 90.26.

   (D)   Section 90.42. For any dog owner in violation of § 90.42, a fine of $100 for the first violation, $250 for the second violation, and $500 for the third and subsequent violations. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of failure to comply with the provisions of § 90.42.

   (E)   Section 90.44. For any dog owner in violation of § 90.44, a fine of $100 for the first violation, $250 for the second violation, and $500 for the third and subsequent violations of § 90.44.

   (F)   Section 90.45. For any dog owner in violation of § 90.45, a fine of $100 for the first violation, $250 for the second violation, and $500 for the third and subsequent violations. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of failure to comply with the provisions of § 90.45.

   (G)   Section 90.47. For any dog owner in violation of § 90.47, a fine of $100 for the first violation, $250 for the second violation, and $500 for the third and subsequent violations of § 90.47.

   (H)   Section 90.48. For any dog owner in violation of § 90.48, a fine of $100 for the first violation, $250 for the second violation, and $500 for the third and subsequent violations of § 90.48.
