(A) All meetings of the City Council shall be held at Prairie Winds Community Center. Regular meetings shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at the hour of 5:30 p.m.
(B) At all meetings of the Council, a majority of the Council Members shall constitute a quorum to do business.
