(A) All meetings of the City Council shall be held at Prairie Winds Community Center. The December 2018 regular meeting of the City Council shall be held on December 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. All regular meetings of the City Council beginning January 2019 and thereafter shall be held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
(B) At all meetings of the Council, a majority of the Council Members shall constitute a quorum to do business.
