§ 50.11 UTILITY DEPOSIT REFUND.
   The city utility deposit will be refunded to the customer only upon the certain circumstances:
   (A)   Upon termination of city utility service and payment of all amounts owed. In this case, the deposit shall be applied to the customer's final city utility bill upon service termination.
   (B)   Upon payment of 12 consecutive months of on-time payments to the city. On-time payments shall mean that there have been no penalties applied to the accounts for 12 consecutive months. In this case, the deposit will only be applied to the customer's next city utility bill after the customer makes a request in writing to have the deposit refunded.
