There is hereby established a Fire Service Appeals Board consisting of five members, one of whom shall be the City Manager or his designee, one of whom shall be the Fire Chief or his designee, the third shall be a Council Member appointed by Council, the fourth shall be an attorney who resides in the City appointed by Council, and the fifth shall be a resident at large appointed by Council. The Board will meet with City residents having any objections, and shall interpret the ordinance and make final decisions based upon the ordinance.
