The City Engineer or duly authorized agent of the City shall conduct periodic in-the-field inspections of all construction and installations required under these Subdivision Regulations during the time of construction requirements of these Regulations. He shall also conduct a final inspection of the construction and installations required and shall make and certify to the Commission a report of compliance by the subdivider before the final plat is approved.
