1315.03 R-3 RESIDENCE DISTRICT.

(a) Principal Permitted Uses.

(1) Any R-2 District principal permitted use.

(2) Dwelling - multiple unit.

(3) Condominium.

(4) Type I manufactured homes.

(5) Dwelling; planned group - in accordance with Section 1305.03

(6) Zero lot line development.

(b) Permitted Accessory Uses. Any R-2 District permitted accessory use.

(c) Permitted Special Uses.

(1) Any R-2 District permitted special use.

(2) Boarding house, rooming houses, bed and breakfast facilities; but not hotels, motels or tourist cabins.

(3) Conversion to increase the number of dwelling units.

(d) Lot Area, Frontage and Yard Requirements.

As provided in Chart 3.

(e) Off-Street Parking Spaces.

As provided in Chart 5.
