331.11 FAILURE TO FILE REQUIRED REPORT.

No person shall fail to file any report which, by this Traffic Code he is required to file; and upon conviction of any person for any such failure to file a required report the Municipal Court Judge shall, in addition to any penalty he may adjudge, transmit a certified copy of such judgment to the State Commissioner of Motor Vehicles for such action as he may deem appropriate under the provisions of West Virginia Code 17C-4-10.
