(a) In the event of a change in ownership of a Commercial Building, Commercial Building Unit, Industrial Building or Rental Dwelling, the new Owner shall submit a Change of Ownership Form along with the applicable fee set forth in Article 1711 with the Office of Code Enforcement, within thirty (30) days of the change of ownership.
(b) In the event a Rental Dwelling is converted into a Class 2 Residence, the Owner shall submit a Change in Property Status Form along with the applicable fee set forth in Article 1711 with the Office of Code Enforcement, within thirty (30) days of the change of ownership.
