1741.08 INSPECTION REPORT; NOTIFICATION OF VIOLATION; WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
(a) If after inspection, a Commercial Building, Commercial Building Unit, Industrial Building, Rental Dwelling or a Rental Dwelling Unit is found in violation of State Building Code as adopted in Article 1711, Owner or Operator shall be issued a Notice of Violation in accordance with Article 1711.
(b) Any Owner or Operator issued a Notice of Violation in accordance with Article 1711 may avail itself of all remedies set forth in Article 1711, including but not limited to abatement and opportunity to appeal to the Board of Appeals.
