1741.05 APPLICATION FOR LETTER OF COMPLIANCE; FILING DEADLINES, FEES.
   (a)    The Owner of any Commercial Building, Commercial Building Unit, Industrial
Building, Rental Dwelling or Rental Dwelling Unit shall complete and submit an Application for Letter of Compliance as promulgated by the City Manager with advice from the Building Inspector and approval of City Council. For purposes of this Article, each Commercial Building Unit shall be required to file a separate Application for Letter of Compliance. The Application for Letter of Compliance shall contain at a minimum the following information:
      (1)    The address or addresses of the property;
      (2)    Identify the classification of the property as a Commercial Building, Commercial Building Unit, Industrial Building, Rental Dwelling or Rental Dwelling Unit;
      (3)    The name, address, telephone number of, email address;
         A.   The owner;
         B.   The agent, operator or other person to contact in case of emergency;
         C.   The person to be notified if a condition of nonconformance is found;
      (4)   In the event the property is a Rental Dwelling, the following information:
         A.   The number of Rental Dwelling Units on the property;
         B.   The Number of off-street parking spaces available on site;
         C.   The Maximum Occupancy of the Rental Dwelling;
         D.   The number of current Occupants.
   (b)    Where a structure subject to the provisions of this Article is a Mixed-Use Building, the Owner or Operator shall be required to file a separate Application for Letter of Compliance for each distinct use.
   (c)    The Owner or Operator of any Commercial Building, Commercial Building Unit, Industrial Building or Rental Dwelling shall submit the completed Application for Letter of Compliance to the Office of Code Enforcement, along with the applicable fee as set forth in Article 1711.
