1741.04 PROHIBITION OF OPERATION OF A COMMERCIAL BUILDING, COMMERCIAL BUILDING UNIT, INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, RENTAL DWELLINGS OR RENTAL DWELLING UNITS WITHOUT LETTER OF COMPLIANCE.

(a) After ninety (90) days from the effective date of this section, it shall be unlawful for any Owner or Operator to operate any Commercial Building, Commercial Building Unit, Industrial Building, Rental Dwelling or Rental Dwelling Unit without having filed and Application for a Letter of Compliance with the City of Bridgeport.

(b) After one hundred and eighty (180) days from the effective date of this section, it shall be unlawful for any Owner or Operator to operate any Commercial Building, Commercial Building Unit, Industrial Building, Rental Dwelling or Rental Dwelling Unit without a valid Letter of Compliance issued to Owner or Operator by the City of Bridgeport.
