117.01 ORDINANCES GENERALLY.

The action of Council shall be by ordinance in all cases enumerated in West Virginia Code 8-11-3, except as may be otherwise provided by the Code of West Virginia; and the requirements and procedures set out in West Virginia Code 8-11-4 shall be adhered to by Council with respect to the introduction, action upon and passage of all ordinances.
