930.11 SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

If any provision of this article, or the written Cross-Connection Control Program or application thereof, shall be held invalid or ineffective and/or less stringent than or inconsistent with the State or Federal statutes or rules, the State or Federal statutes or rules shall apply.
