930.03 RESPONSIBILITY.

(a) Bridgeport Utility Board shall be responsible for the protection of the public potable water distribution system from contamination or pollution due to backflow from back-pressure or back-siphonage of contaminants or pollutants through the water service connection. (Passed 10- 10-16.)
