930.02 AUTHORITY.

(a) By authority of the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, and the Code of West Virginia Chapter 16, Article 1, and the Regulations of the State of West Virginia, Title 64, Series 15, the Bridgeport Utility Board has the primary responsibility and authority to prevent water from unapproved sources, or any other substances, from entering the public potable water distribution systems.
