111.08 ORDER OF BUSINESS AT MEETINGS.
   At each meeting of Council the roll shall be called and members shall be recorded in the journal as present or absent. The proceedings of the last meeting shall then be read and corrected, if erroneous, and signed by the Recorder and the presiding officer for the time being; provided, that the reading of the journal of the proceedings of the last meeting may be dispensed with by majority vote of Council if the members thereof have received and examined a copy of the journal or a synopsis thereof prior to the meeting at which the journal is signed. The subsequent proceedings at any regular meeting shall then be as specified in the agenda, prepared in advance by the Mayor or by the Recorder at the direction of the Mayor, except as may be provided otherwise under the rules of Council.
