1519.04A RATES AND CHARGES FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY BUT WITHIN THE CITY'S FIRST DUE AREA.

(a)	Owner of single family residential unit of any size	$150.00 per year or $37.50 per quarter
(b)	Owner of any residential unit with one or more detached structures exceeding 1000 square feet	An additional $75.00 or $18.75 per quarter
(c)	Owner - nonresidential unit structure	$.0675 per square foot
