(a) The Office of Building Inspector is hereby established.
(b) The provisions of this article shall be administered and enforced by the Building Inspector, or his duty authorized agents or representatives. The Building Inspector, or his duly authorized agents or representatives, may request and shall receive, as far as may be reasonable, necessary or convenient in the discharge of his duties, the assistance and cooperation of other officials of the City.
