§ 34.21 FIRE CHIEF; RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT.
   The Fire Chief need not be a resident of the village at the time of his or her appointment, but shall become a resident of the village within six months after his or her appointment by the Mayor and confirmation by the Council, unless such residence requirement is waived by Council.
