(A) It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to interfere with or injure in any manner any fire engines, motor apparatus, hook and ladder wagons, hose and telegraph wire, poles and fire alarm boxes or any other apparatus or property connected with the Fire Department, the property of the village. Nor shall any person or persons purposely give a false alarm of fire or mislead any member of the Department as to the location or existence of fire.
(B) No person shall willfully or maliciously injure any fire alarm, telegraph or telephone line used by the village by throwing stones or other missiles at the wires or installation or injuring the same in any manner whatsoever.
(C) No person shall give or cause to be given any false alarm of fire by means of the fire alarm, telephone or otherwise; nor shall tamper with or make any duplicate keys or take any key from any alarm boxes or attachments in said village or remove the same from its box except when necessary for the purpose of giving or sending in an alarm of fire.
