§ 34.04 DELEGATING AUTHORITY FOR REQUEST OF FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT AND PERSONNEL TO OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS DURING EMERGENCIES.
   (A)   It is necessary to delegate authority whereby firefighting equipment and personnel can be requested from or sent to other political subdivisions during emergencies.
   (B)   Authority to make such requests shall be vested in the Chief of the Fire Department of the village.
   (C)   Authority to dispatch fire equipment and personnel to points without the limits when requested to do so by the State Fire Coordinator, shall be vested in said Chief of the Fire Department of the village.
