(A) In all cases wherein the Village Fire Department provides emergency services to a person or entity not a resident of the village, the Village Fire Department shall assess a fee and bill said nonresident person or entity an amount reasonably approximating it’s actual expenses for providing such services, including, but not limited to, expenses for personnel and equipment, including damage to equipment, and such other reasonable expenses as may be incurred in providing said emergency services.
(B) In all cases wherein a mutual aid agreement is applicable, the terms of said agreement shall supersede this section.
(C) All fees collected hereunder shall be deposited into the General Fund.
