(A) (1) The proposed fee schedule for services and care provided by the Brewster VFD and Emergency Medical Services submitted and listed next is adopted and approved.

(2) The following services and fees for replacement/cleaning of any turnout gear or other equipment damaged during an extrication, a vehicle fire, or a fire shall be charged in the manner as follows:

(B) The village shall contract with a billing agency to collect the above fees. The Fire Chief, the Emergency Medical Services Coordinator, and the Mayor shall provide administration of the billing process, and in that capacity will use discretion in the pursuit of unpaid bills.
(C) The funds received pursuant to the fee schedule shall be deposited in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fund and the Ambulance Replacement Fund in a manner provided by Village Council who may modify the percentage provided to each Fund from time to time by motion and majority vote.
