§ 33.04 PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS OF PEACE OFFICERS.
   (A)   Any person receiving an appointment under §§ 33.01 and 33.02 shall undertake, before the effective date of the appointment, psychological testing at the expense of the village.
   (B)   The test shall consist of one of the following:
      (1)   Culture Fair-Intelligence Test;
      (2)   C.A.Q. (one and two parts);
      (3)   L.Q.M.T.; or
      (4)   L.V.I.M.
   (C)   This test shall be followed by a report to the Mayor, which shall be kept as a confidential record under the Ohio Privacy Laws, being R.C. Ch. 1347.
