§ 31.127 PART-TIME LABORER IN WATER POLLUTION CONTROL DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is created the position of part-time laborer in Water Pollution Control Department to assist the Superintendent of Water Pollution Control in the duties outlined in § 31.125 and to perform such other duties as the Superintendent of Water Pollution Control shall assign.
   (B)   The rate of pay for such position shall be as set by Council.
