(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person or persons, violating any of the provisions of § 94.04 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100, and for each subsequent offense shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200.
