§ 94.04 FIREWORKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation to sell or offer to sell any fire crackers, torpedoes or fireworks of any description within the limits of the village.
   (B)   No person, persons, firm or corporation shall hereafter throw any torpedo, ignite or otherwise discharge any firecrackers, fireworks or firearms of any description within the limits of the village, provided, however, that any civic or political or religious organization or society desiring to have a fireworks display may make an application to the Mayor for a permit to hold such display, and the Mayor, if satisfied that said display will be given under proper supervision and that the same will not be detrimental to the public welfare, may grant a permit to such organization for such display.
