§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of § 53.03 shall upon conviction be fined not less that $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
      (2)   Any person, firm or corporation who after conviction of violation of any of the provisions of § 53.03, shall fail to remove forthwith any source of pollution, for the construction, maintenance or placing of which such person, firm or corporation has been convicted, shall be deemed guilty of an offense against the public health and welfare and upon conviction thereof shall be fined $10 for each period of 24 hours such source of pollution shall be permitted to remain after such conviction, and in event such person, firm or corporation shall fail or refuse to remove such source of pollution, the Village Council shall remove the same and the expense of such removal shall be paid by the person, firm or corporation convicted as aforesaid.
