(A) The Village Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to tale all the steps necessary or appropriate, in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code and the State Auditor’s Office, to create a village fund to be designated the Special Grant Fund.
(B) The source of revenue deposited into the Special Grant Fund shall be the grant awards accepted from the federal and state governments, as well as foundations, organizations, and other sources, as well as the village’s matching funds for processing purposes.
(C) For the initial use of this Special Grant Fund is to receive the transfer of $35,402.35 from Capital Projects for the village match for a Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation Grant of $40,000 for the purchase of two Ferno Power Cots for the village ambulances.
