§ 36.037 INTEREST EARNED ON MUNICIPAL UTILITY DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS TO BE RETAINED BY THE RESPECTIVE UTILITY FUNDS.
   All interest earned on deposit accounts created in connection with a municipal utility shall be periodically transferred to and retained by the respective utility fund.
