§ 36.019 ASSISTANTS.
   The Income Tax Administrator is hereby authorized, with the consent of Council, to hire such assistants as he or she shall need from time to time, said assistants to be paid at the rate as set by Council. Each of such assistants shall provide bond in the amount of $3,000.
