§ 36.002 DEPOSITORY FOR THE PUBLIC FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE.
   (A)   The Brewster Banking Company be and hereby is designated as the depository for both the active and inactive funds of the village.
   (B)   All active deposits shall be made in the form of commercial accounts and subject to check, and all inactive deposits shall be evidenced by negotiable certificates of deposit, payable upon written notice being given 30 days before the date of repayment, all such deposits, active and inactive, being subject to the terms and provisions of the Uniform Depository Act of the State of Ohio, being R.C. §§ 135.01 et seq.
