§ 153.440 VALIDITY AND SEPARABILITY.
   If any section, division or any provision or provisions of this chapter, or amendments thereto, are held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter or amendments thereto.
