§ 153.435 ZONING INSPECTOR.
   For the purposes of enforcing the Zoning Code, the Village Council shall establish and fill the position of Village Zoning Inspector, together with such assistants as the Council deems necessary. The term of employment, rate of compensation and other such conditions shall be set by the Village Council.
