§ 153.352 CONTINUATION OF EXISTING CONDITIONALLY PERMISSIBLE UNDER THIS CHAPTER.
   All uses existing at the time of the passage of this chapter or amendments thereto and conditionally permissible in their respective districts under this chapter shall be issued a conditional zoning certificate within one year after the passage of this chapter or amendments thereto. The certificates shall be issued by the Village Planning Commission.
