This district is established to accommodate single-family residential dwellings at a maximum density of four dwelling units per acre, and provided with village sewer and water facilities. The stipulated densities are intended to provide for areas of suburban character in the community and to prevent excessive demands on the sewer and water systems, streets, schools and other community facilities.
