(A) Any person, firm or corporation or his, her or their agents who violates any provisions of this chapter or who fails or refuses to obey a lawful order of the Property Maintenance Officer or the Village Police Department, issued pursuant to this chapter, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during which a violation continues,
(B) If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one or more violations of this chapter, the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
