Any owner and/or occupant who are served a notice of violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may within ten days of receipt of the notice appeal the findings of the Property Maintenance Officer. Such appeal shall be made by filing with the Village Mayor a notice of appeal. The appeal shall be scheduled for a hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals. Except as otherwise provided for herein, the hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be conducted in the same manner as provided for appeals under the village zoning regulations.
