§ 34.32 LIEUTENANT.
   (A)   The position of Lieutenant shall be created within the Volunteer Fire Department.
   (B)   A Lieutenant, upon the recommendation of the Fire Chief, shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the village legislative authority.
   (C) The Lieutenant position shall be uncompensated.
