The Village Fire Chief is hereby authorized to employ an EMT training officer to provide required and applicable training to members of the Village Fire Department. This individual shall possess any state required certifications for such duties, and shall continue to meet state standards through his or her employment in this position. Compensation shall be as set by Council from time to time.
