§ 32.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person violating §§ 32.40 to 32.44 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and any other violation of a provision of §§ 32.40 to 32.45 shall constitute a Class A infraction as defined by the state statutes.

      (2)   A first offense is $25, a second offense is $50 and a third offense is $75. All penalties shall be reduced by 50% if paid within 72 hours of notice to the offender.
