§ 152.13 INJURY TO TREES.
   Unless specifically authorized by the Street Superintendent or Park Superintendent for park trees, no person shall intentionally damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any public tree; attach any wire or nails, advertising posters or other contrivance to any public tree; allow any gaseous liquid or solid substance which is harmful to such trees to come in contact with them; or set fire to or allow to burn when such fire or heat will injure any portion of any public tree.
